Ben, a core member of the Horizon Chiropractic Team has been here for over a year now getting to know the lovely Brighton and Hove population. He has many years experience in Liverpool and Bermuda as well as premiership football. Ben gained a distinction in his in his MChiro degree from Bournemouth University as is also working towards an MSc in Sports Medicine at Queen Mary Hospital in London. Like Mel he has a wide variety of techniques in his toolkit including manipulation, acupuncture, cupping, IASTM and shockwave therapy. Ben also plays football and golf and is a keen guitarist!

Join Mel and the rest of the mountaineering team at SoHo house tomorrow eve for a presentation on the record breaking Highest Bike-ride at 7246m high. All 6 of us will be telling the story of this ridiculous trip, all in aid of the Nepalese school we were supporting. Hope to see some of you there. If you’re not a member - come with a friend who is 🚵♂️

It’s Halloween week and Mel managed to win an amazing gingerbread haunted house made by Fay Miller @fabulousgingerbread. It looks so good we can’t bring ourselves to eat it! (Don’t worry, everyone at @archpodiatryandwellbeing and @thepaintbarbrighton will help us get through this tough time). Thanks to @kyriakos_baxevanis from @nostos__hove for organising such a fun event!

This wkend Mel was awarded the Chiropractors’ Chiropractor award at the @chiropractic_uk annual conference at @stgeorgespark. Great to be recognised by her peers in this way - A big thanks to @royalcollegeofchiropractors and @chiropractic_uk for their continued support to all chiropractors wanting to make a difference to their patients and community ❤️
